Why do the hourly rates change?
“Our hourly rate is lower when you commit to a larger plan because it gives us a guaranteed block of work each month, which we can schedule more efficiently. Flexible/ad-hoc hours are priced a little higher because they don’t come with that commitment, and they often need to be fitted in around our existing scheduled work. Think of it like a bulk discount, the more hours you book, the better the value.”
How Our Hours Work
Tracked time only: You only pay for productive work, never idle hours, with a full report at the end of the week.
Plan caps: Plans are capped at 40 hrs/month. For bigger workloads, High-Volume 60 & 80 plans are available.
No rollover: Unused hours expire at the end of the week/fortnight/month.
Extra support: Add Extra Hours to plans or upgrade to a larger plan.
Turnaround & Service Hours
Standard turnaround: Non-urgent tasks are delivered within 2 business days.
Service hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (UK), excluding bank holidays.
Ad-hoc (Flexible) work: Same turnaround (2 business days), invoiced after completion.
Priority service: For urgent requests (needed within 24 hours or outside service hours), a +50% surcharge applies.
We accept payments by Bank Transfer (no fee), Stripe card payments, and GoCardless Direct Debit. Please note that payments made via Stripe or GoCardless include a small processing surcharge (Stripe: 1.5% + £0.20 per transaction; GoCardless: 1% + £0.20 per transaction, capped at £4). All fees are clearly itemised on your invoice. These fees maybe subject to change.
