Clients cover all hosting, domain, and email subscription costs directly with their chosen provider. PW Streamline Solutions offers full guidance during setup. Prices may vary depending on your preferred platform (e.g. Google, GoDaddy, Squarespace).
Included in Every Package
All website packages include setup, design, mobile optimisation, and one standard round of revisions. Additional edits can be added at the standard hourly rate.
Email Accounts
Adding extra user email accounts is available at an additional cost, with pricing dependent on the provider’s current rates and plan options.
Website Maintenance Access
If you’d like we can maintain your website after handover, you’ll need to provide an additional admin user licence within your platform. This cost is separate from any ongoing maintenance plan.

Revisions: Up to two minor revisions are included per design. Additional edits are billed at your standard hourly rate (£30/hr or £25/hr for existing clients).
File Formats: Final designs are supplied as ready-to-use JPG/PNG files. Editable Canva links can be provided on request.
Ownership: Full usage rights transfer to you upon payment.
Printing Costs: Clients cover Canva or CYM printing fees directly. Prices vary based on provider rates and options selected.
Payment: Invoiced via QuickBooks. Payment is due on receipt (or in advance for package bookings).
We accept payments by Bank Transfer (no fee), Stripe card payments, and GoCardless Direct Debit. Please note that payments made via Stripe or GoCardless include a small processing surcharge (Stripe: 1.5% + £0.20 per transaction; GoCardless: 1% + £0.20 per transaction, capped at £4).
All fees are clearly itemised on your invoice. These fees maybe subject to change.
We offer optional print coordination for Canva-based designs. You can choose between:
Option 1 – Canva Print (RGB): Affordable and convenient online printing for most designs. Prices vary by paper type, quantity, and finish. A £10–£15 handling fee (or 20% commission) applies to print orders. All prints are fulfilled directly through Canva Print and delivered straight to you.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll liaise with Canva to request a replacement or refund under their Print Satisfaction Guarantee. As Canva manages printing and shipping, PW Streamline Solutions Ltd cannot guarantee colour accuracy or delivery times outside Canva’s stated policies.
Option 2 – Professional Print (CYM Partner): For higher-end or bulk print runs, we can coordinate printing through our trusted professional partner. Quotes are provided on request, as pricing depends on materials, finishes, and order size.
We offer a range of optional add-ons to extend or enhance your project. These include:
Content & Layout Updates: adding new pages, redesigning layouts, bulk uploads (e.g. blogs, products, or images), and copywriting support.
Design & Branding Upgrades: full rebrands, new colour palettes, font updates, or additional features such as booking forms, galleries, or pop-ups.
Technical & Structural Work: domain or DNS adjustments, platform migrations, SEO re-optimisation, or major plugin/theme replacements (for WordPress sites).
Consulting & Training: 1-to-1 sessions on editing your site or developing a marketing and content strategy.
Add-ons are quoted individually based on scope and platform. If you don’t have your own materials (such as photos, videos, or brand assets), we can source premium stock content on your behalf at cost, with approval before purchase.
