PW Streamline Solutions Ltd provides creative design and website setup services using trusted no-code platforms such as Canva, Google Sites, GoDaddy, and Squarespace. We do not provide custom coding, hosting, SEO optimisation, paid advertising, or digital marketing services. Printing, fulfilment, and third-party subscription fees (e.g. Canva Pro or website hosting) are paid directly by the client, and we are not responsible for print quality, colour variation, or delivery delays once an order is placed.
We use trusted platforms to deliver web and creative projects efficiently.

Turnaround Times & Revisions
Design turnaround:
Website Builds: usually completed in 10–15 working days, depending on project size and client feedback.
Canva Designs: First draft typical delivery is 2–5 working days after deposit, depending on the project size and content provided.
Smaller designs (e.g. logos, cards, social posts) are usually ready within 2–3 days, while larger projects (e.g. brochures or brand packs) take around 5–7 days.
Priority turnaround under 7 days is available at +50%.
Revisions:
Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Feedback should be submitted within 5 working days of each draft. Extra revisions or new variations are billed at the current hourly rate.

What types of design or website projects do you offer?
I create branded Canva designs (logos, brochures, social posts, business cards) and clean, no-code websites built with Google Sites, GoDaddy, or Squarespace.
Do I need to pay a deposit before work starts?
Yes - a 50% deposit is required before design or website work begins. The remaining 50% is payable on completion before editable files or admin access are released.
How many design revisions are included?
Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Further edits are charged at the standard hourly rate and always agreed before proceeding.
Who owns the final design or website?
Once full payment is received, ownership and usage rights transfer to you. PW Streamline Solutions Ltd may showcase completed work in portfolios unless you request otherwise.
Do you arrange printing or website hosting?
Canva Print or platform subscriptions (e.g. Google Sites, GoDaddy, Squarespace) are paid directly by the client. I can coordinate printing on request but am not responsible for third-party print quality or delivery.
How long does a typical project take?
Canva designs are usually ready within 2–5 working days depending on complexity. Websites typically take 10–15 working days from deposit and content approval.
What if I need urgent turnaround?
Priority turnaround (<24 hours) can be arranged on request at a +50% surcharge, subject to availability.
