Turnaround Times & Revisions
Standard turnaround:
Most admin and coordination tasks are completed within 2 business days during service hours
(Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 UK)
Priority requests:
Work needed in under 24 hours or outside standard hours is classed as Priority Service and billed at +50 % of the hourly rate.
Revisions & follow-ups:
Minor edits or clarifications (up to 2 per task) are included. Further adjustments or additional work are billed at your applicable hourly rate once approved in writing.

Not at all. I offer flexible options, from 5-80 hours per month to ad-hoc support, so you can choose what works best for your business.
How do you track and report the hours worked?
For package plans, hours are pre-set. For flexible work, I use timesheet reporting and share a breakdown with you weekly for full transparency.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, the plan can be adjusted with notice if your business needs change.
What if I only need short-term help?
That’s fine. My Flexible Plan is designed for ad-hoc or short-term support without long-term commitment.
Will you attend meetings or calls on my behalf?
Yes, I can join calls and online meetings to represent your business professionally as part of my admin support services.
How quickly can you get started?
Usually within 2–5 business days once your Service Agreement is signed and your onboarding form is complete.
Priority start (within 24 hours) may be available with a surcharge.
Is my business information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All client data is handled under our ICO registration (ZB954919) and stored securely within Google Workspace.
We’re also insured and GDPR compliant.
What happens if I need urgent support outside normal hours?
Urgent or same-day tasks can be completed under our Priority Service (+50% surcharge).
Approval is always requested first before proceeding.
